The world around you is in flames. Nations rise again nations, armies clash on fields of blood, and ancient powers stir in the dark places of the world. You are not a hero. You cannot hope to stop the calamity that rages around you. All you do is try to survive it, and maybe protect the things you care about along the way. Places of Power is a complete stand-alone TTRPG set in a grim-dark fantasy world of flintlocks and fell magic. In this narrative-focused, rules light, morally grey game, players take on the role of everyday people living in an increasingly harsh world, doing whatever it takes just to stay alive. As the world crumbles around you will you give into the madness and turn your back on your deeply held beliefs, or will you cling to your morals and stand by your friends, no matter what it may cost to do so?
